1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-15 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During peak seasons (such as holidays and promotional periods), processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Domestic Shipping: We now offer global shipping to destinations all over the world.
Shipping Carrier: We primarily ship international orders through reliable global carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx. For each order, the applicable carrier and service tier will be determined at our discretion in accordance with the delivery destination, package size and cost-effectiveness.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The estimated delivery times below begin from the date your order ships (not from the date you place the order).

Expedited Shipping: (4-8 Business Days)

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping speed. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount. Details of any such promotion will be clearly stated on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. You can also find this information by logging into your account on our website.
6. Delivery & Address Verification
Delivery: Packages are typically delivered to the address provided during checkout. We recommend using a secure address where someone can accept the package. ONETHEREAL is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping the order will incur additional shipping charges.
7. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters). We will, however, work with the carrier to help locate your package.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 7 business days), please contact us at feedback@studiovsi.com. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resolve the issue by either reshipping your items (subject to availability) or issuing a refund.
