We want you to love your ONETHEREAL purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange request.

2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn & Unused: The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.

Original Tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original order number or receipt.

Final Sale Items: The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Swimwear, bodysuits, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

Any item that does not meet the eligibility conditions listed above.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Please contact our Customer Service team at feedback@studiovsi.com within the 14-day return window. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Receive Instructions
We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided, using a trackable and insured shipping service. We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our eligibility conditions.

Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

5. Refund Process
Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Amount: You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, subject to availability. Please indicate your desired size when you initiate your return request. If the requested size is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at feedback@studiovsi.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and the packaging. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and promptly send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.

8. Non-Returnable Items
Please review the Eligibility Conditions (Section 2) above. Any item that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense, or a refund may be refused.
